Public Health Emergency Renewed into July

The National Public Health Emergency was officially renewed by HHS Sec. Xavier Becerra, effective April 16. This is now the 9th time the emergency declaration has been renewed. The 90 day renewal takes us to the middle of July. The renewal was expected. We explain.
