In this video, we are discussing Social Security retirement and Social Security disability benefits as represented by SSDI. We are discussing how much Social Security beneficiaries will get now including Social Security retirement, SSDI and survivors benefits. This is a social security update, SSDI Update and Update on Social Security benefits as information and numbers continue to change. A new announcement that was recently released is discussing how much a raise to monthly benefits could be as a result of the latest CPI inflation reading, consumer price index which is also directly related to the annual cost of living adjustment otherwise represented as cola raise for Social Security beneficiaries. Social Security beneficiaries will be getting a raise to benefits as a result of inflation which is represented by the annual cost of living adjustment, COLA. As a result of this, we just got the first of three readings that we need to determine how much the annual raise for Social Security will be for the cost of living adjustment.
